Oatcakes with honey
Fluffy pellet of a mixture of oat, wheat and rye flour completely replace bread. A delicate aroma of honey and rye flour will impress at the table. Recipe found on the website "Eat at home" from cook Yaroslav, slightly corrected by itself. Many thanks to her for the recipe! The fact that a few years ago my son was suggested that rye bread consumption according to the diet №5. But a loaf of white bread boring. So I occasionally bake bread or cakes at home using different kind of flour. The recipe I want to dedicate to all my friends with a passion for bread and yeast pastries.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    130 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Oat flour

    130 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm water dissolve honey and yeast. Give a little stand. Add the vegetable oil and yogurt.

Mix three kinds of flour with salt. In the center of the flour to make a funnel, pour the yeast mixture and knead elastic and smooth dough.

The dough is put into the bowl, tighten with cling film and leave for 1.5 hours for fermentation.

The volume should increase twice. First alminco I've done 30 minutes after the start of fermentation.

Approaching divide the dough into six pieces, formed into round buns, and each bun to flatten the cake, moisten with water and sprinkle with oatmeal. Spread on a baking sheet coated with Teflon (or silicone) Mat. Leave for proofing for 30 minutes until doubled.

These are the cakes I put the 220S in a preheated oven. Bake at 220S with steam 5-8 minutes, then at 200C without steam until tender. All baking time 15 minutes.
