Description
These pancakes differ from the conventional in that the filling (prepac) is added to the dough directly when frying or put on the hot pan and poured the batter. As pripek you can use fruits, meats, seafood, vegetables, herbs, etc.

Cooking
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. In the end, add, onions, herbs and butter. Mix well.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices.
Fry on both sides until slightly Golden.
Now the most interesting. Preheat the pan, lightly grease with oil, pour a ladle of the dough and immediately put the fried mushrooms. After the pancake bottom is lightly browned, flip it and fry for another 1 minute.
