Gratin (gratin) is any sweet or savory dish baked in the oven until crust. I represent to Your attention gratin quinoa with cheese, olives, spinach and chicken. The pudding turns out rich and juicy.

Cooking
Cereals quinoa rinse thoroughly and boil according to the instructions on the package. Cool.
Red onion finely chopped, cooked chicken meat cut into medium-sized pieces. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Add quinoa, red onion, chicken, half the cheese and mix thoroughly.
Spinach (I had frozen you can use fresh )thawed and squeeze. Half the olives and finely chop together with the spinach and half the pastry, add to the weight with quinoa. Stir, try for salt and pepper and if needed salt and pepper.
The form for baking (I have a 28*19)grease with vegetable oil and lay out the ground, tightly pressed to the bottom. Put in a preheated (t=180 C)oven for 20 minutes.
Onions finely cut and fry in olive oil. The remaining olives cut into rings.
After 20 minutes of roasting to get the form with the casserole and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts, put the rings olives, lay the fried onions.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Oven temperature increase to 200 C, put the form and bake another 10 minutes, until Golden brown.
