Lenten cake with Apple filling. Crisp and juicy stuffing)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Water

    140 ml

  • Lemon juice

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Lemon peel

    1.5 tsp

Sugar, flour, soda mix in a container. In a separate container, mix water, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased form. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Bake until cooked for 30 minutes (my oven is electric with convection) to Cool and remove from the mold.
