Cotoletta Alla Milanese or simply Milanesa is a common meat dish in Latin America. It is a tender sliced beef in a crispy bread coating. A thick, heterogeneous chimichurri sauce is also popular in Argentina as ketchup or mustard America in Russia. This sauce is considered one of the best sauces for meat worldwide.
