Schnitzel in a tomato sauce
No claim to originality present you with a simple and hearty dish, which will not take you much time!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Thyme

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Schnitzel a little to beat off and fry in hot olive oil until Golden brown. Transfer to a plate, season with salt and pepper.

In the remaining oil fry the finely chopped garlic, add the wine, tomatoes, oregano. To evaporate a little sauce.

Season sauce to taste with pepper, salt and sugar, put it schnitzel. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

For the side dish I made rice Indica gold from the Mistral.
