This is my debut dish on the Cook. cooked a lot from this site, and your meals are afraid to put. do not judge strictly. looking forward to your recommendations, comments. the liver in our family is not very much, but in this version, even my daughter eats, and I hope you enjoy!

Cooking
Cut a large onion in half rings ( I love)
On a heated pan with Rast. oil put the onion (I add a little sugar, what to skumanich) and cover with a lid.
To fried onion add sliced chicken livers and fry until cooked. vaporizing the liquid
Chopped polukoltsami tomato spread on top of the liver, and cover it slightly damp. and a little salt. at this stage you can put it in the oven for our meal to skumanich cheese and tomatoes. I like under the hood.
