Description

Carrot muffins with dried millet
I long did not dare to repeat this recipe found on the Internet, but then I thought - what will I lose? The result pleasantly surprised me. Soft, "fluffy" cakes, and millet that is added to the dry dough in the finished cake resembles rice balls are soft and crispy at the same time.
