Description
Cookies are very tasty, tender, moderately crisp and pleasant work. Despite the fact that there are no dairy no egg products! It can do sweet, too delicious.

Cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients: rolled oats (ground in a blender - but not necessarily), flour, bran, salt, baking powder.
To dry mixture add the juice (any), vegetable oil, honey and stir everything up. The dough will be thick, then it should knead by hand until smooth.
Then put the biscuits and spread on a silicone Mat or baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 gr., for about 20 minutes. After the oven off and let cool slightly. Then you can take out and enjoy delicious and healthy (!) cookies.
