Cooking
RUB butter with flour until the crumbs, add a pinch of salt and sugar
Walnuts finely chop, grate the zest of the lemon and orange. Add to the dough and mix thoroughly.
Egg lightly whisk, combine milk and vinegar. Then add the egg mixture into the flour and mix well.
Cranberries wash, dry and dip them in flour. Add it to the dough and mix well. We shift the dough in a greased form and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 70 to 90 minutes (focus on your oven). It took me 80 minutes. The readiness of the cake defined by the wooden stick, it should be dry.
