Cooking
For dough you will need warm milk, but not hot. In this breed the yeast. Add cane sugar. Add melted butter and eggs.
Add flour and knead the dough. The dough needs to be put on 1.5-2 hours in a warm place to rise.
Prepare the custard. Mix flour and milk.
Add cane sugar and vanilla.
Mix and put the mass on a slow fire. Constantly stir a lot, add turmeric and stir. Weight need to purchase a pistachio color. Turn off the heat. Give the cream to cool, then whisk it with butter and put in the refrigerator.
Divide the dough into pieces. From each piece to make a ball and put on baking sheet.
Cup (100g) do the groove. We fill the "pistachio" custard and decorate with the walnuts.
Grease the tarts with egg yolk.
