Eggplant with chicken
No doubt, the name is spelled correctly. Several years ago I tried this dish, as signature, the restaurant "Dacha&q uot; in the suburbs of Vladivostok, of course, the recipe of the marinade thoroughly unknown to me, but what I did, I was quite satisfied.

Ingredients

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper white

  • Salt

Cooking

For this dish we will need the eggplant and chicken fillet (breast).

Breast for the marinade you will need: soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, ground sweet paprika, ground black pepper and white.

Mix all ingredients for the marinade.

Fill the breast with the marinade and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Eggplant cut into rings 1 cm thick, pour salt and leave for 40 minutes.
