Walleye baked
Perch fillet marinated in the sauce "Kikkoman&a mp;quot; with spices. Very tender and tasty baked fish with a bouquet of aromatic spices and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

Thawed perch fillet.

Cut into small pieces for skewers. Add the spices and pour the sauce.

Mix well and set aside fish aside. While preparing the side dish, the fish marinated. ( It is not salted. )

Form cover with foil and arrange the fish pieces.

Drizzle the fish with oil, lay on top of onion rings and place in the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the fish baked, potatoes spread out on the laid foil pan. The butter and salt to taste with fine salt.

The garnish is ready. The potatoes in the middle, get air.

Put potatoes on a serving plate and over the fish pieces. Submit to the dish of fresh herbs and vegetables. For juiciness dishes to pour soy sauce to your taste.
