Pork chops on the grill
This dish is proof that for the preparation of delicious meat does not need much effort.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Soy sauce

Prepare ingredients for marinade.

Kiwi crush into a puree. Green onions chop. Ginger to grind. Mix soy sauce Wok for frying from Kikkoman, olive oil (better sesame of course), rice vinegar (can be Apple or wine).

The meat to marinate (turning occasionally), I have enough of 2 hours, maximum 5, as Kivi works very well in the marinade.

Grill to reheat. Fry the pork on the grill until tender.

To get different degrees of doneness enough 7-12 minutes keeping the meat over the heat, on each side. But don't forget it's pork, and it is better to slightly overcook than eaten raw.
