Croissants with cherry jam

The softened butter vzbit with sugar and vanilla until white. Add sour cream and beat again.

Pour the flour with the baking powder, knead the dough and put in refrigerator for 20-25 min.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm. cut out the triangles on the wide edge to put 1-2 teaspoons of jam and twist in the roll.

Put the bagels on a baking tray lined with baking paper. coat with the egg or milk (1-2 tablespoons). Bake at 180-200 With 25-35 minutes. (focus on your oven) until Golden brown.
