Tasty, crisp bagels. The perfect complement to tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    300 g

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    300 g

  • Flour

    700 g
