Berry cupcakes in the cups
Offer a recipe of cupcakes with summer berries, they are prepared and served in cups. Crumbly pastry with a crispy crust goes perfectly with the juicy berry layer.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Sugar

    115 g

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

  • Cherry

  • BlackBerry

  • Raspberry

  • Peach

To prepare the berries. I have this fresh cherries, sweet cherries, frozen blackberries and raspberries, one small peach. Berries wash, remove the seeds, divide into halves.\ Peach cut into small pieces.

Cups with thick walls grease with butter, pour into each a tablespoon of fruit mixture. Put to heat up the oven.

Beat the butter (both kinds) with the sugar, gradually add eggs. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.

Put the dough cups. Place cups in a pan of hot water. Cups should be in the water by a third. Put the baking pan in the preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Baked the cupcakes for about 45 minutes. Should appear Golden brown. If you want a crispy crust for a few minutes you can turn on the top heater.

Before serving, decorate with berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Served dessert in the form of heat. Bon appetit!
