Homemade mustard
Homemade mustard is very tasty and flavorful sauce that can be added to almost any main courses, and appetizers. Offer a recipe of my favorite homemade mustard.

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Allspice

    1 pinch

Cooking

Wine (150 ml) pour into a saucepan, put on fire. On a slow fire, boil down to 100 ml.

Mix the mustard into the beans and dry.

In mustard mixture to pour wine. Mix well.

Portions to enter the boiling water (may need more than this norm, mustard, after you stand in the fridge, it will thicken). Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Lemon juice, vinegar, salt to add to the total weight.

Then honey.

And vegetable oil.

To the end, add spices and thoroughly mix everything. Mustard weight to shift on the jars, cool and refrigerate to infuse.

The mustard can be served with fish and vegetables, to use for marinating meat or for dressing salads. Bon appetit!
