Eggs with rice in mushroom sauce
Very delicious, beautiful and satisfying with a surprise inside. Are ideal for Breakfast and romantic dinners. A recipe from a magazine in the Grocery store "recipe Collection for 2007.

Ingredients

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Measure the required amount of rice, rinse with water.

Prepare the required products.

Half onion and chop the spring onion finely. Fry in the hot butter.

Add the sliced mushrooms, fry for 5-7 minutes.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Boil an egg in the nads, to obdat cold water and clean.

In the fried mushrooms add the flour and fry for another minute.

Pour the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix well, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

Another pan fry the remaining onions. in the vegetable oil.

Add the rice to the onions, stir, remove from heat.

Spread out the rice moulds.

Put the ramekins in the oven, preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
