Dish of Turkish cuisine, you might say - a kind of pilaf, but with the liver. In this version, the pilaf looks very elegant and definitely fit for the holiday table. Then pour in the chicken broth, season with sugar, salt, pepper. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed into rice.
