Chocolate cupcakes
Very airy, very chocolate - here are those muffins. This meal, prepared in only half an hour, perfect for family evening tea. Treat your loved ones today!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Cooking

Chocolate to break into slices, each cut with a knife into small cubes.

To prepare wet ingredients the dough: melt the butter in the microwave, whisk the eggs, add the milk.

Dry ingredients: sift flour, add sugar, vanilla, cocoa, baking powder.

Mix liquid and dry ingredients with a mixer or just a spoon. In the dough add the diced chocolate.

Spread the dough in silicone molds (I love them!) oil is not necessary.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The muffins will rise significantly.

A treat for tea ready! Cupcakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. If you serve them warm, the chocolate inside will be chewy when cool cupcakes - chocolate chips will harden.
