  • Flour

    225 g

  • Flour almond

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    25 g

  • Powdered sugar

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    60 g

  • Butter

    150 g

Mix and sift all dry ingredients, add the chopped small pieces of cold butter to make crumbs.

Add the cold egg, mix quickly. Shape into a ball, cover with film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Roll the dough between two sheets of baking paper to put in a split mold, flatten, trim the excess. Prick bottom with a fork in several places and put into the fridge for an hour.

Bake empty in a preheated 150 degree oven for about 15-20 min. Let cool.
