Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

    50 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Milk, butter and chocolate put melted

Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes

Add yogurt and whip

Next, add the flour and baking powder, beat

Gently pour a little cooled down chocolate and mix well

For the cream, beat the mascarpone with the vanilla, egg, powdered sugar and whipped cream
