Ingredients

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Cook the pancakes. Separately mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, all liquid.

Beat eggs thoroughly in kefir mass and enter the carrot. Then mix everything, both of mass. Leave for 5 minutes.

Lubricating oil pan, fry on slow heat for our pancakes. Fold and allow to cool a little while we prepare the sauce. To do this, mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and whisk until smooth.
