Gratin of cauliflower with mushrooms
Very tasty and tender casserole! To cook from fresh of frozen vegetables. The taste is equally good. Goes well with chicken.

Ingredients

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Butter

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Lemon

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

Cooking

In a saucepan, pour water and bring it to a boil. Sprinkle with salt, put lemon and cauliflower. Cook at the boil for no more than 5 minutes.

Drain cauliflower in a colander to drain the water. Refractory form of grease with butter. Lay out cauliflower.
