Description
Very tasty and tender casserole! To cook from fresh of frozen vegetables. The taste is equally good. Goes well with chicken.

Cooking
In a saucepan, pour water and bring it to a boil. Sprinkle with salt, put lemon and cauliflower. Cook at the boil for no more than 5 minutes.
Drain cauliflower in a colander to drain the water. Refractory form of grease with butter. Lay out cauliflower.
To add to the form to cauliflower cut into large pieces mushrooms (fresh). Mix everything until a uniform distribution of cabbage and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with cabbage and mushrooms on top with parsley (dill), a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Then pour cream or sour cream.
Put in a preheated 160*C oven and bake until Golden brown (about 30 minutes).
