Muffins with lemon and almond
If you love lemon and almonds, a quick and delicious then this recipe is for You. Muffins are really quick to prepare, but eaten faster))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    425 g

  • Sugar

    270 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Almonds

    160 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Extract

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Almond petals 80 g which will add to the dough should be a little fry in a dry pan.

This is the ingredients for the dough in a deep bowl, mix 150 g of sugar, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Separately whisk beat the eggs, milk, cream, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Whisk soft butter with almond and 120 g of sugar. Add milk-egg mixture (the weight is obtained as with the grains - don't worry) stir well. Add flour mixture and mix everything carefully.

Put the dough into molds.

Prepare the topping, we also need the petals of the almond, 1 tbsp milk, almond extract and brown sugar.

All the ingredients for the topping, gently stir.

A small amount of almond topping to spread on each muffin, slightly put pressure on it with a spoon.
