The sauce with mussels
Delicious, beautiful and is perfect for any side dishes.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

Cut zucchini in small cubes, cherry tomatoes into halves,chop the garlic.

Mussels to boil for 2-3 minutes.Drain in a colander and drain off the broth.The broth will come in handy,not pour.

In a pan with olive oil fry the garlic for 2 minutes and add zucchini,fry for another 3 minutes and add parsley and garlic,previously finely chopped.

To the pan add the tomato paste and mix well.Pour in the wine.

After the wine pour the broth from the mussels and cherry.

Cover the pan with a lid and on low heat simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

The sauce is ready,Bon appetit! Garnish can be any,I have pasta.
