Cooking
Red lentils do not require soaking and is fast to cook, so it is best suited for this dish. Instead of olive oil you can take any vegetable, but olive flavor (although some don't like the taste of olive oil).
The my tomatoes, cut the cap, take out the pulp with a spoon and grind it. The tomatoes inside with salt and leave to stand for a time. Onions finely chop.
In hot oil fry the onion for a few minutes, then add the mince and fry until it changes color. Then add the lentils, chopped tomatoes together with the liquid and 100 ml of water (200 ml, if the tomatoes nosochnye). Season with salt, add Basil and chili pepper to taste (I had a pinch of pepper, but someone who likes very spicy). Simmer until almost all the liquid is absorbed/evaporated. Remove from heat, add the corn without liquid. Stir again to try the salt-pepper.
Turn on the oven at 200*S. Of tomatoes drain off the resulting juice and fill them with the stuffing mixture. The remaining stuffing put into the form, it put the stuffed tomatoes. On top of the tomatoes sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put into the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. After switching off the oven immediately the form of tomatoes, do not remove, let stand 10 more minutes with residual heat.
Very tasty, fragrant! Garnish is not required, but if you have spicy pepperoni and chips, they are well suited to this dish.
