The cheesecake with kiwi
Searched the Internet for cakes with kiwi. I found this recipe. It turned out something between cottage cheese casserole, a great cheesecake and pie.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Kiwi

    6 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

  • Cream

    150 ml

Cooking

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Mix with sugar and soda. Add the softened butter.

RUB into crumbs. Curd wipe through a sieve or mix well in a blender. Add the flour and mix well.

Kiwi clean and cut into pieces.

Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put cottage cheese and smooth. Slices of kiwi put on top of the curd mass.

Form cover with foil and place in oven preheated to 200 *C. Bake for 30 minutes, then foil remove from heat and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the cheesecake to cool in oven with door ajar.

The cooled cheesecake and let dish. Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar. Slice the cheesecake into serving pieces, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
