Cooking
Mix all dry ingredients ( except cocoa), add the eggs and, gradually pouring milk, knead the dough. Last add the oil.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa, stir. Let the dough “rest” for 20 minutes.
Then fry the pancakes first. Before each set of dough in the ladle should be well mixed the dough as the starch settles to the bottom. Each pancake is still hot butter.
Then fry chocolate pancakes.
Fluff pancakes with jam ( or just sprinkled with sugar), fold it in four, put on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
