Prepare all the ingredients
Grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder
Whisk the eggs with the sugar
Combine milk, yogurt, beaten eggs, salt and whisk. Then add buckwheat and wheat flour, soda and mix everything with a mixer. In the dough add a little sunflower oil.
If desired, pancakes can be lubricated with butter.
Prepare the cream: bananas, sour cream, vanilla and sugar, beat with a blender.
Sour cream can replace heavy cream.
The finished dish. Pancakes can dip into the cream or cream coat.
