Cooking
Zucchini wash and remove skin. Finely slice.
Onions clear and finely chop. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan, add the onion and zucchini and saute together until soft, under the hood. Vegetables cook quickly enough.
For 2-3 minutes until cooked zucchini to make the sauce "Bechamel", WITHOUT milk (this is important): mix 50граммов flour and 50ml of olive oil (just lightly beat with a fork or whisk) Pour the sauce into the zucchini, stir and season with salt.
The prepared mixture is put into a container and be sure to cover the baking paper. The paper prevents the crust (it should not be). Leave the mass to cool. When a vegetable mass is completely cool, proceed to the next stage.
Take 3 eggs and breadcrumbs (I took 2яйца, and I've had enough of those). Whisk the egg.
Then take a dessert spoon of the cooled vegetable mass, shape the croquettes. Drop in the egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat.
