A Turkey leg in sweet marinade
This is my small anniversary - the 150th recipe on the website. The dish turns out very self-sufficient, bright, with some, I would say, expressive taste. You are welcome!

Ingredients

  • Ham

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Seasoning

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

The first step will remove the skin from the legs, the dish turned out really dietary. But, if You really love the skin - you can skip this step.

The leg cut into full slices, approximately 80 grams, the bone then go for the broth. Sprinkle with mixture of peppers and herbs de Provence.

Here are the ingredients for our marinade. They will give Turkey the sweetness, because, as you know, "Narsharab" - it is boiled down pomegranate juice, and black balsamic caramel has a certain structure. And don't be afraid of the dark color of the meat, otherwise can not be. Believe me, it's delicious!

Mix all ingredients adding lemon juice. Zamarinovat Turkey. If desired, add salt.
