Chicken liver in jelly peaches
Incredibly easy and tasty treat. Well and refresh you, and saturate on a summer evening. I still have a lot of peaches and therefore add them everywhere.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    1 pack

  • Peach

    5 piece

  • Bacon

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Cooking

Thoroughly wash chicken liver and peaches.

Bacon finely chop and fry until greaves.

With fried bacon, add the liver and wine, salt, pepper and let it cook gently for until tender for 5-7 minutes, gradually stirring.

Peaches or clean, or chop in a blender to puree, add the wine, juice and gelatin previously divorced. All is well peremeshaem.

Ready liver put them into a form along with fat.

Fill with fruit mixture and refrigerate overnight.
