Fish rolls in a spicy sauce with Apple slices
You fried ever apples? I - for the first time! The combination of fish and fried apples delicious and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    750 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

I had 3 fish fillets, I cut along and got 6 slices. Fillet sprinkle with lemon juice, let stand for a few minutes, then season with salt and pepper, brush with cream and sprinkle with parsley (instead of dry).

Roll the fillets in rolls and stapled to wooden sticks.

Ociety onion, finely chop and fry in butter until transparent. Add flour and curry, stirring, pour in the vegetable broth. Boil the sauce and season with salt and sugar. Fish rolls leave the sauce on low heat for 15 minutes.
