Pancakes
Offer a recipe sweet dumpling squash. Perfect for a summer Breakfast - simple and delicious. Sweet, tender with a citrus note.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Zucchini wash, peel.

Grate the zucchini on a small grater. After hands squeeze all the juice out.

With lemon sharp knife to remove the thin skin, cut as small as possible.

To the zucchini add the salt, sugar, lemon zest, egg. Mix well.

Flour to connect with baking powder (or soda, slaked vinegar), add to batter, mix well. If necessary, add more flour.

On a hot griddle with vegetable oil spread the batter (a tablespoon).

Fry pancakes with 2 sides until cooked.

Pour pancakes to taste either sour cream or jam and decorate with berries. Enjoy. Bon appetit!!!
