Chicken liver with vegetables
A quick Browning of the products that are almost always in the fridge. Tender and spicy chicken liver for this recipe turns out very juicy, and prepared incredibly simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Corn

    420 ml

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

  • Milk

    300 ml

Cooking

The liver to wash out and remove the membranes.

Fry the liver on a pre-heated oil.

Chop the carrot, bell pepper and onion.

And fry them in butter in a separate pan for about 10 minutes.

For the sauce, mix the flour, milk and tomato paste.

To the liver add the roasted vegetables and corn, mix well, fry for 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
