Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Anchovies

    5 piece

  • Garlic

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

Broccoli clean, wash and cut into small florets.

In olive oil sauté in garlic cloves, halved and crushed hot pepper. Remove from heat, add the anchovies and mash them with a fork.

Then rearrange it on a slow fire and fry a couple more minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, remove the garlic.

Cook broccoli in plenty of salted water for about 5 minutes then drain the water, throw the pasta and cook until tender (as much time as indicated on the package).

Cooked pasta and broccoli, drain in a colander, put into a pan with the anchovies, stir and serve. Buon appetito!!!!
