Mullet in cream sauce
Really love this fish. Delicious, almost no bones.

Ingredients

  • Mullet

    1 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Take the fish. Clean from the inside. Cut into horseshoes.

Then in the flour.

Fry the fish on a well-heated oil on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, in the remaining egg add sour cream, chopped dill, pressed garlic. Sprinkle with salt, mix well.

Spread sour cream mixture on the fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and keep on heat for 7-10 minutes. Just melted cheese.
