Marinated in wine chicken, baked under a blanket of bread dough.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Rosemary

    1 handful

  • Spices

    1 handful

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Prepare marinade of wine, spices and salt.

The chicken pour the marinade and leave for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Put into a form and put in the oven for 0.5 hour before Browning.
