The whole-wheat bread with sprouts
Continuing the theme of "Sprouts", I suggest you try the bread.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Soy

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

The flour with the yeast mix, add 200 ml of warm water, salt and a pinch of sugar. Knead the dough. Give 30 mins to go, add the remaining water and stir again. From 60 to 90 min. in a warm place and leave to rise, then stir in seeds and seedlings. Form a loaf, allow to infuse for about 40 mins and bake at 180 °C 45 to 60 min.
