Corn cake with vegetables
A light but rich cake for those who love vegetables, dieting or just like me, trying from autumn to take more vitamins)))

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil corn until tender. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the rump. Flatten.

Bell pepper and onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, adding a little red pepper and salt for 5 minutes.

Chop the garlic, combine with roasted vegetables and chopped parsley. Spread on corn grits. Flatten.

Grate cheese and spread half of the roasted vegetables.

Zucchini slice, put into a form on the cheese, slightly prisolit, put remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
