Mushrooms stuffed with cheese
A great snack before the main dish!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 handful

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

Cooking

1. grate cheese on a coarse grater 2. grind in a blender tomatoes, sweet peppers 3. chop the onion, mix with the above mixture

4. fry in a skillet until semi-dry state when the tomato juice is almost evaporated

5. allow to cool and mix with cheese; pour ketchup and stir; sprinkle with salt

6. add the finely chopped hot red pepper

7. prepare the mushrooms: separate the leg and spoon out the excess fungus, leaving only the relatively thin walls

8. fill with a mixture of mushrooms and put in oven at 200*With a Pleasant appetite!
