Pork ribs salad with pomegranate
Today I wanted something tasty, cleaned up the fridge, my husband ordered the cheese... and it turned out that such a dinner:)) Even now guests a dish to offer, will not be ashamed :). Hearty and very vkusno, garnet gives its own flavor:))

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    10 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    1 handful

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Add to the meat salt, pepper, garlic and leave for 30 min.

Carrots three on a coarse grater. Onion pickle in oil for 20-30 minutes.

Fry the ribs on both sides.

Onion, pomegranate. Make sour cream sauce with dill (sour cream + a little water + dill) and pour on top. Put in oven, simmer until soft meat.
