Description
Tzimmes is a traditional Jewish dish made of vegetables with the addition of various fruits, berries, meat, spices. Before the feature was applied to all the festive Lunches, and the Jews said, the feature is better in the hands than cures in the pocket (cures – trouble).

Cooking
Steamed prunes. If You have seeds to remove.
Potatoes peel and cut into thin slices-slices and spread on the pan.
Add the prunes, honey, sugar. Pour all the water, which soaked prunes. Simmer over low heat, stirring. The feature is ready, when the mass thickens, and potatoes will be the color of plums. Then sprinkle with salt and add nutmeg. Or eat it as is or as a side dish to the flying waterfowl to the goose or duck.
