Okroshka on kefir with chicken and spinach
The first time added to the hash mint and spinach. Loved it. Mint refreshes additionally all the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    700 g

  • Cucumber

  • Potatoes

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mint

  • Spinach

  • Yogurt

    1000 ml

  • Sour cream

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.015 tsp

  • Salt

Boil separately the potatoes and the eggs. Also pre-boil the chicken breast. Wash the vegetables and greens.

Chop the spinach, mint and other herbs. Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl put off the necessary amount of the mixed ingredients and dressed with kefir diluted with boiled cold water + sour cream to taste. And add mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
