Vegetable towers
Continues the season of pumpkins! On the market this good - luck, and for pennies! Well, just a sin not to take advantage of this great opportunity and not to create a "Bright mood"! My today's recipe - diet.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Rosemary

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

To prepare the vegetables.

Zucchini cut into rings with a width of 0,5-0,7 see the Potatoes and pumpkin cut into plates of a width, such as rings of zucchini. Then drink a glass or just a knife to cut out plates of pumpkin and potato rings, like zucchini.

Now each ring brush with olive oil and put on top of each other, alternating. Can layers of salt. (I'm not salted). One tower should 3 rings of pumpkin and one zucchini and potatoes. (Variations are possible!).

Now a wooden skewer make a hole in the center of the turret. Stalks of rosemary, broken into 2-3 pieces and stick into the hole, bonding between the vegetable layers. (When you "cut" layers, I recommend the bottom layer to make a little thicker than the others, because it will be ready faster.)

Turrets put in a refractory form, add a little olive oil, cover it with a lid or foil and send in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Prepared vegetables to put on the plate. You can serve it with any sauce (I put just a spoonful of sour cream) and sprinkled on hot vegetables grated salty cheese (so do I vegetables not salted). These turrets can be independent of diet hot dish, and can be a wonderful light and bright side dish to meat or fish.
