Vegetables Asian-chicken
Another recipe from the first issue of the magazine "Khleb-Sol" by Julia Vysotskaya. Simple and quick to prepare dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Lemon juice mixed with salt, black pepper and mustard. Coat each breast with this mixture. Cut into strips onion, celery and sweet pepper. Grind the ginger.

In a wok (or skillet) heat oil, sauté chicken Breasts for 4 minutes on each side, sprinkle with ground ginger and fry for another minute. Put the other vegetables, fry for another 3 minutes. (Celery at hand was not).

Pour in soy sauce, remove from heat. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds. The dish is prepared so quickly that I have nothing to photograph and did not have time! :-D what's the picture in the magazine! I just fell in love with these medieval Cutlery!
