Puff the
Another ode flaky dough! A delicious filling of apples, quince, dried apricots, walnuts and all this was flamboroughs with brandy.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Slice the quince slices. I did not cleaned, I had one with thin skin.

Water pour into pan, add sugar and bring to a boil.

To the syrup add the quinces.

And Apple, cut into slices.

Add washed, cut into strips dried apricots.

...and immediately set fire to (it's best to do a long match). And here I summed up a camera. No matter how I tried, but fire can not see.... :-( The fluid evaporated, it should stay quite a bit.
