Another ode flaky dough! A delicious filling of apples, quince, dried apricots, walnuts and all this was flamboroughs with brandy.

Cooking
Slice the quince slices. I did not cleaned, I had one with thin skin.
Water pour into pan, add sugar and bring to a boil.
To the syrup add the quinces.
And Apple, cut into slices.
Add washed, cut into strips dried apricots.
...and immediately set fire to (it's best to do a long match). And here I summed up a camera. No matter how I tried, but fire can not see.... :-( The fluid evaporated, it should stay quite a bit.
Further, when the filling is ready, roll out the dough thinly and place it in a greased with butter form. The dough we use not all. A little should be left for the lattices.
Spread on the dough stuffing (along with the remaining syrup).
Sprinkle with chopped (not too finely) walnuts.
The remaining dough cut into strips and make a latticed.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender (about 25 minutes). Bon appetit!
