Description
I do not know where in Greece you eat the pumpkin, and whether or not they eat it at all, but this combination of pumpkin with tomatoes I love. Recipe long ago cut out of a magazine "Good advice" and use it often, and today added the cheese, which is very stressed Greek motifs in this dish. For the competition "Bright mood".

Cooking
Pumpkin cut into even cubes 1х1см and fry on all sides in a little olive oil until soft (7-10 minutes).
With tomatoes remove the skin, cut, and attach it to the pumpkin, mix well, hold for a few moments on the fire, and add to the pan tomato sauce.
Then add to pumpkin all the other ingredients: salt, pepper, Basil, olives. Pour a couple of tablespoons of the liquid from the jar with the olives, cover the pan with a lid and stew on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, until cooked pumpkin.
When serving garnish with cubes of cheese. This side dish is perfect for any meat or fish, but I like a pumpkin in Greek to use with pasta.
